I placed a $341 order for my anniversary. Their team called my girlfriend directly to say they were out of roses and offered peonies or daisies. She chose peonies, and what arrived was daisies, with no roses at all. I'd have been fine w/ a substitution; they clearly thought the swap mattered too, or they wouldn't have called to ask. They just didn't send the one she picked. I got a long reply declining a refund that never addressed the phone call, and no reply at all to my follow-up.

After being let down by another florist the night before my wedding, I stumbled upon this shop. As tourists, we had to find a last-minute solution, and I found an extremely kind young man who was more than willing to help me find a solution for my wife’s bouquet. He made us a beautiful bouquet of calla lilies, and I walked away with an arrangement invented on the spot! This shop will now forever be part of our wedding memories. Thank you again

Memorable arrangements that feel personalized and like art. Truly top notch customer service, exactly what I dream of from a floral shop. My friend was absolutely delighted with the flowers I gifted her for her engagement. Would choose them again and again!

I got my V day flowers here this year! They were excellent. Unlike the other reviewers complaining about the price I ordered my flowers in advance and paid like 50 bucks for my bouquet (which my girlfriend loved). If you went in the day-of without ordering ahead you had to pay more. And the people leaving one star reviews about that are losers who wait until the last minute to do things and fail. My flowers were lovely. The staff was nice. The prices reasonable. Great store.

About 6 months ago I bought a bouquet of flowers to surprise my girlfriend for $50 (plus delivery/taxes/tip, totaling $60). I was pleased with the bouquet, card and delivery, and so I decided to use Joy's Flower again recently. This time the bouquet cost about $60 in total again (the bouquet itself was $40) and, from the photos, you can probably tell which of the two bouquets looks cheaper. For $40 of flowers in Brooklyn Heights (at an "expensive shop") I get a bouquet that includes much nicer flowers. This bouquet to be honest looks like it came from Trader Joe's. In total, they are responsive and communicative here (which I appreciate), but I probably won't return given the high price for disappointing flowers.
